For agency owners and operators who want AI agent work to stay accountable to the team.
Put AI agents to work across your agency without losing track of who owns what.
Operacta is the agency workspace Alpha Efficiency is building so a team's AI conversations, agent work and client commitments can live in one place, with a person's name on every piece of work.
In development. We're building it for our own team first.
Who is this for?
If you run an agency, you probably recognize a few of these:
Five people on your team use five different chatbots, and the prompts that work live in somebody's browser history.
An agent finished a task at 2 a.m. Wonderful. Which client was that for, who checks it, and did anyone tell the client?
Client promises live in call notes, Slack, email and a spreadsheet. Following one client means opening five tabs.
A colleague can't pick up a task without a twenty-minute handover, because the context is in someone else's chat window.
You're the owner, and your only dashboard for "what did we promise and what's late" is your own memory.
That's the problem Operacta is being built to solve.
Why the question got harder
Cloud coding agents are good now. Cursor's Cloud Agents, OpenAI's Codex, Claude Code cloud sessions and Google's Jules run coding tasks on cloud machines and bring the changes back for a developer to review. If your whole business is one codebase, that may be all you need.
An agency is not one codebase. It's every client you serve, several kinds of work and a promise attached to each one. The agent doesn't know which client it's working for, or that the draft still needs an editor, or that someone promised the client an update on Thursday. Somebody on your team has to hold all of that in their head. Right now that somebody is usually you.
What we're building
Here's the shape of it. This is a plan, not a feature list, and we'd rather tell you that than pretend.
One shared workspace for the team's AI conversations, so the prompts that work belong to the company and not to one browser.
Every conversation and piece of agent work tied to a client and an owner, so you can see who is working on what, and for whom.
Agent work that ends with a person reviewing it before it goes anywhere, because we don't think a confident bot should be the last step.
A link between that work and the commitments you made to clients, so the next client call starts from facts instead of memory.
For leadership, a view of what was promised and what got done. That one is further out, and we'll say so.
What Operacta is not trying to be
It isn't an autopilot for your agency, and it won't replace your developers' editors or your designers' tools. The aim is a place where the team's work with agents gets assigned, reviewed and remembered, and where a person stays the one who answers for it.
Where this goes
Today: agents scattered across personal accounts, client promises in five places, and you as the only one who knows what's late.
What we're aiming for: one workspace, one name on every piece of work, and a client call that starts from what was promised.
If this is a problem you have too, come talk to us. We're building Operacta for our own clients and team first, and we'd like to hear what your version of the problem looks like.
Talk to the teamQuestions people ask
Is Operacta available today?
No. It's in development at Alpha Efficiency, and we're building it for our own team first. If you want to compare notes or follow along, get in touch.
Will it replace my team's editors and tools?
That's not the plan. Developers keep their editor, designers keep their tools. Operacta is meant to be where the agent work gets assigned, reviewed and recorded.
What does it cost?
There's no pricing yet. We'll say so plainly when there is.
